How the vacuum cleaner's indicator lights display under different modes?

Under standby mode, all the buttons on the vacuum cleaner light with white color;
Under auto cleaning mode,it will start to clean and the turn on/off button will light with white color all the time;
Under spot cleaning mode,it will start to clean with spot cleaning button blinking with white color and the turn on/off button will light with white color  all the time.

What does different indicator light on vacuum cleaner indicates?

White color: it indicates the power is enough;
Red color: low battery alerts or error alerts;
Pulsing white color: Charging in progress.

What do different indicator light on thea uto-emptying station indicates?

If the auto-emptying station is plugged in without connecting vacuum cleaner, the indicator light will be white all the time, but if the auto-emptying station is plugged in with connecting vacuum cleaner, the indicator light will be off all the time;
Pulsing white color: auto-emptying in progress;
Blinking with red color slowly:the dirt disposal bag needs be replaced.

How to start manual dust collection?

Pls press the home button for about 1-2 seconds when the robot vacuum is recharging.

How to reset wifi?

To reset the wifi,pls press the spot cleaning button and home button at the same time for about 5-10 seconds.

How often do I need to clean the filter and can it be rinsed?

You can clean the filter every 1-2 weeks and you'd better not rinse it with water.

Does it support the boundary strip?

Yes, it supports the boundary strip, but you need to purchase it separately.

Will it avoid small obstacles like electrical wires, cat toys, ropes and similar items on the ground, or will it get bumped/tangled?

During the cleaning, it is recommended that you put away wires, cat toys, ropes and similar items on the floor to prevent it from getting tangled.

How long does it take for it to get a full charge?

When you use it for the first time, pls kindly charge it fully in prior.
It takes about 4-6 hours to charge fully.When it's in the charging progress, it will blink with white color; and when it's charged fully, it will light white color all the time.

Can the robot find the charging base by itself ?

Yes, it can.

Can it clean on the dark flooring/laminate flooring/stone tile/hardwood flooring?

Yes, it can clean on all the above-mentioned floor types.

Does it support the boundary strip?

Yes, it supports the boundary strip, but you need to purchase it separately.

Can it clean all kinds of carpets?

It is only suitable for cleaning short or medium pile carpets.

How to connect the App with vacuum cleaner?

Download the app:
- Search for the "Verefa Life" app in the app store and then download and install it.
Reset Wi-Fi:
- Press and hold Spot Cleaning button and Recharge button(home button) for 3 seconds
until you hear the voice prompt. The three indicators on the robot start to flash slowly, indicating that the robot is ready for pairing.
Add a device:
- Open the app and follow the prompts to register or log in your account.
- Go to the home page of the app. Tap "+" in the upper right corner of the page to enter the "Add Device" page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect with the robot.

- Only the 2.4GHz band is supported for the Wi-Fi connection.
- As the app will be updated from time to time, the actual operation may be different from the above
descriptions. Always follow the instructions in your app to complete the Wi-Fi connection.
- If the network configuration fails, reset Wi-Fi and repeat the above operations.

What should I do, If the robot vacuum can't be found?

You can find it through the “find my Robot”function in the app

Can it detect carpet and avoid cleaning it?

No, it can't. it has an automatic carpet booster function for better cleaning of your carpet.
If this function is on,the battery life of the robot vacuum will be shorter than it is in the normal and average use, and the noise it produces will be louder.

How to use the holiday energy-saving mode function?

1.On the charging base, press and hold the recharge button for 10 seconds until you hear a prompt tone.And the holiday energy saving mode will be activated.
2.At the holiday energy-saving mode, wifi connection, remote control and scheduling function will all be turned off, and the robot will enter the low-power mode to save energy.
3.Only when the robot is removed from the charging base or any button is pressed can the function be ended.
4. To end the holiday energy-saving mode, the auto-emptying charging base also needs to be unplugged to power off the auto-emptying charging base.
How do I reset the the robot vacuum?

When the robot vacuum does not respond after you press any button, please press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off(when it is not recharging), and then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on.

If the robot does not work properly after resetting, please try to restore the factory settings by pressing and hold both the power button and the recharge button for 8 seconds at the same time until you hear a prompt tone.(when it is not recharging).

The robot will clear all information and settings. At this time, you needs to reconfigure the settings (including the network settings

How long is the warranty for the robot vacuum?
All of the Verefa robot vacuum are granted with a 12-month warranty.

Why does the vacuum cleaner missed a spot/spots, when it was cleaning my house?
"The robot vacuum is programmed to avoid missing spots. Every time it cleans, it will clean your space in programmed Z-shaped tidy rows firstly, then it will run along the walls; after that, if any missing spot is detected, the robot will do make-up cleaning before it finishes the task and returns to the base station.
But if there are multiple rooms in your house and the layout of your house is relatively more complex, it is suggested that you divide your house into multiple cleaning zones, and clean them separately; for example, you may clean your living room and bedroom separately, to ensure better cleaning result. "
Why it gets stuck under my chairs or other furnitures sometimes?
"The robot vacuum may get stuck for reasons as below:
1)The wheel of the robot is stuck;
2)The wheel of the robot is overhanging;
3)There may be other obstacles around the robot.
To solve the issue please try as below:
1)If the wheel of the robot is stuck, overhanging or there are other obstacles around the item, please kindly clean the wheel and place the wheel on the flat floor or put away wires, cat toys, ropes, and similar items on the floor to prevent it from getting tangled.
2) If a red light displaying on the robot, please contact us for troubleshooting.  
3)The height of the robot is 82mm, if there is a void space, for example, at the bottom of your chair, that is about the same height, the robot may easily get stuck there. To avoid it, it is suggested to use a virtual boundary strip."
Why it can not pick up hair or dirt?
"If it can’t suck well, it may cause by the below reasons
1)The dustbin is full
2)The waste is too large
3)The main brush gets stuck by hairs or any other things
To solve the issues, please try as below:
1)Please check whether the brush, filter, dust box, vacuum port, and wheels are blocked, if yes, please clean all of them
2)Pls check whether the dust bin is full, if yes, pls clean it
3)If the waste is too large, it’s normal that it can’t pick up, such as garbage bags, larger fruit Kernels, larger paper balls
4)During the cleaning, it is recommended that you put away wires, cat toys, ropes, and similar items on the floor to prevent them from getting tangled."
Why does it failed to find the charging station?
"To avoid such issue:
Please 1). ensure that no objects are placed within 1.5m in front of the charging base and 0.5m on either side;
2). do not cover the charging base location beacon with any object;
3). place the charging base on a level, non-slip, hard surface and against a wall;
4). do not put the charging base on the carpet or blanket;
5). always connect the charging base to the power supply and ensure that it is located in a continuous Wi-Fi network with good coverage;
6). do not move the charging base during cleaning."
Why it is so noisy in the process of auto-emptying?
"When the robot starts to auto-empty dirt, large suction power is required to suck the waste from the dust bin. We've already managed to control the working noise under 83dB through technical approaches, which is quieter when compared with the noise generated by a handled vacuum cleaner at work.
It is recommended that you appoint a time when you are not at home, for the robot vacuum to do the auto-emptying. Or you may set auto-emptying to be less frequent on the Verefa Life App, or switch off the auto-emptying function and empty through manually by pressing the emptying button."
Why it gets stuck while working on the carpet?
The robot is designed to work on medium pile carpets up to 12.7mm. If the pile of carpet is too thick, the robot may get stuck. This is normally because the wheels get stuck in the thick pile when cleaning. (All robots designed with wheels may encounter such issue, and your understanding is appreciated)
Where can I adjust the volume of the vacuum cleaner?
"To adjust the volume,you should connect your app with vacuum cleaner at first, you can connect as below

Why we designed the product with a single-sided brush?
This product is designed with a single-sided brush, compared a single-sided brush with  bilateral brushes, the bilateral brushes are easy to get struck and then show an error, so we designed it with with a single-sided brush. You don't need to worry about the clean effect, we tested many times, clean effect of the single brush is as good as bilateral brushes. Now more and more single brush of the vacuum cleaners are sold, it will be the mainstream trends.
What are the advantages  with the optical Flow and Gyro Intelligent Navigation

How to build WIFI connection?
1.Connect to 2.4G network instead of 5G(If not sure, just confirm as followings);
A - Check the back of the router, find and log in to the configuration website;
B - Enable 2.4G WIFI;
C - Rename SSID to XXX-2.4G.
2.Download “Verefa Life” App, register your account and log in;
3.Clickadd robot, select the model you get, find your 2.4G WIFI and input thepassword(Please assure there is no special symbols or emoji in theaccount and password);
4.Power on the robot, hold Spot Cleaning andRecharge button for 3s, then the vacuum will report "Reset Wi-Fi. Pleasefollow the instructions on the APP.";
5.Find WIFI hotspot named begin with SmartLifexxx and allow pairing.
If still can't work, tell us which step you get stuck, and send us some pictures or videos.
Is it compatible with WIFI 5G network?
This product is only compatible with 2.4G networks and 2.4G&5Ghybrid networks. This is a common issue with similar vacuum products andmay not be resolved in the near future.
Please connect this robot toWIFI with no “5G”(Please confirm the WIFI name is default, or checkWIFI attribute), it will works well. If you can’t search the WIFI withno “5G”, please follow the instruction below:
A - Check the back of the router, find and log in to the configuration website;
B - Enable 2.4G WIFI;
C - Rename SSID to XXX-2.4G.
Is one side brush design good enough to perform proper cleaning task?
To achieve optimal cleaning results, having more side brushes is not theanswer. What matters most is the working principle of the sweeper. Oursweeper is designed to clean along the wall, using a single-sided brushto sweep against the wall or obstacle and remove dirt and dust fromcorners and roots. This approach helps the main brush to suck up all thedebris effectively. Unlike the double-sided brush, the single-sidedbrush is less likely to produce flying garbage that gets entangled andtrapped, making it a superior option for efficient cleaning.
