How to reset WiFi?

Click "Add Robot" on the APP, long press [Power Button] and [Recharge Button] until you hear the voice prompt of "Reset WiFi", then follow the instructions on the APP.

How to add water?

Remove the dust box and water tank combo module, open the water tank cover and add water. Please install the mop holder before mopping.

What is the difference between "Quick mapping" and "Build map for cleaning"?
Quick mapping: the machine will quickly scan your home and create a map in a short time, the machine won't do cleaning tasks during this process.
Build map for cleaning: The machine will scan your home while cleaning, this process takes longer.

What should do if the machine keeps reporting error?

You can try restarting the machine. How to reboot: press the "Power" button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine, then press the "Power" button for 3 seconds to turn on again.

How to reset factory settings?

Press the "Recharge" button for 15 seconds to reset the factory settings. There will be voice prompts during the process. The machine will clears all information and settings.
