Very nice vacuum

Everything works good and customer service is so helpful. Its a must have vacuum!!!

Not a bad little machine!

Sometimes I’m not really sure of the pattern it’s making on the floor but it’s not a bad little machine for some daily vacuuming. We have a Great Dane and I don’t realize how much hair is on the floor. We run this every other day while we are watching TV or whatever and it’s amazing how much hair it’s picking up. The app does not work and that is unfortunate and I’m not sure why, but we just manually turn it on and put it back on the base when it is finished. For $88, it is making my life a little bit easier.

Great for dust and hair on hard floors.

I have to say I am a little impressed. This little vac gets around and gets those dust bunny's and hair as well as smaller things. Not the best for deep clean of carpet but does ok on low pile. It does exactly what I wanted it for. I set it to run while we sleep and it gets the job done. We have all hardwood and tile floors and with pets and living in the country, we get lots of dirt, dust bunny's, and pet hair along with everything else. We were constantly having to dust mop to keep up with it but not any longer.

Love this vacuum!

I bought this to use only in a room I have set up for 4 cats (upstairs). It's their playroom and has multiple litter boxes so you can imagine the hair and litter. The room has laminate floors and this vacuum works great in there. It sucks up the hair and litter with no problem. That floor stays clean now! The dirt collector and filter are super easy to clean. It even has a remote control, but I've struggled a little with the option to set a timed cleaning so I just use the remote to start it. So far it has really been worth it!

It's OK.

I wanted to try a robot vacuum but they're so darned expensive, so I was happy to see this one for less than 100 dollars. My space is only 1000 sq ft. The unit doesn't do well at getting itself around to all the areas. It keeps going back to the same area a lot of times and I end up 'guiding' it to other areas in my house. My other problem is the remote control. It never shuts down. Isn't it supposed to shut off? And inside the remote one of the springs that the battery goes to is bent and just barely touches the battery. So, yes it works but it's not a great product.
